The Frequency Massage residency is a chance for me to stretch out and experiment with the boundaries between Sound, music, noise and sensory perception.

If you already have a meditation practise and feel comfortable journeying, you can find a space to dive deeper.

If you’re new to Sound then will be guided and can start to find a place to let go of your thinking mind and turn inwards.

Intense, stretching sounds massage your mental and emotional space, always followed by softer tones to soothe and restore. Like exercise for your nervous system, this practice expands perception, leaving you feeling deeply reset, replenished, and tuned for the week ahead.
