This carefully curated day retreat brings together Therapeutic Yoga practices with Cobi and an Introduction to Mindfulness sessions with guest facilitator Joanna. Together, they offer a unique opportunity to experience two complementary approaches to wellbeing.

You’ll leave with a practical toolkit of Yogic and Mindfulness techniques to help you navigate everyday life with greater balance, resilience, and ease.

The day

You’ll experience a balanced combination of movement, stillness, reflection, and rest. Each element is designed not only to help you unwind in the moment, but to give you simple, effective practices you can return to long after the retreat.

Somatic Yoga

Begin your day with a gentle somatic yoga practice inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli—an invitation to experience movement as a “body holiday.”

Introduction to Mindfulness

Across two sessions, Joanna will give a welcoming introduction to mindfulness, designed to help you better understand the practice and its benefits.

A delicious, nutritious, plant-based meal made with love by talented Chef, Nataliya.

Slow, mindful eating to support your body, soothe your system, and keep you grounded for the afternoon.

Rest, Reflect, Connect

Also included are break time snacks, herbal teas, fresh coffee and fresh filtered water.

There will also be time to relax in the garden (weather permitting).

Restorative Yin Yoga

This is your time to practice 'the art of letting go'. Allow the body to slowly surrender, stretch and unwind. This style of yoga is floor based with time to melt into restorative stretches for anything between 1-5 minutes. It is a great way to improve flexibility, joint health and circulation and to release deeply held tension in the body and mind.

Healing Sound Bath

Deep Rest and Release Sound Bath: led by Sound Mirror (Angela), a gifted Sound Therapist and Composer. This 60-minute immersive experience is designed to restore balance, release tension, and deepen connection. Using a combination of bowl-to-body techniques, therapeutic soundscapes, and traditional gong bath and singing bowls, it will be a deeply immersive and restorative experience.
