Contraindications*
Pregnancy: sound therapy is safe and suitable for those over 12 weeks pregnant
Ongoing physical & mental health: Sound therapy is a complimentary practise and should not be used in place of professional medical care. Those currently undergoing professional medical or mental health support should always check with their consultants before booking a session.
Eating disorder recover: Sound therapy is a complimentary practise and should not be used in place of professional medical care. Sound work is more suited those who are in recovery phase, rather than treatment phase of their journey, to help strength self-trust in listening to their body signals.
