RENEWAL: Restorative Yoga & Sound Therapy Retreat
After a sell out autumn event, we're excited to be back again.
Join us for a new year RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND mini retreat for slow flow, supported rest & sound bath
You’ll be guided through breathwork and meditation before moving through a slow flow using low-to-the-ground poses, followed by a soothing restorative yoga practice
Land in a supported rest (savasana) to receive a bowl-to-body sound massage and a gentle gong sound bath under blankets
2 hours of full-body & mind rest and renewal

LEAP YEAR SPECIAL: Breathwork and 360° Immersive Sound ‘Connection, Energy & Intention’
A conscious connected breathwork session, landing in a physical sound journey to
Soul Space Studio will lead you through Conscious Connected Breathwork - a direct route to your inner world. It facilitates a deep dive into one's emotional, mental, and spiritual realms. This technique helps to release stored emotions, leading to improved mental health and emotional well-being.
SOUND MIRROR will guide you through a gentle sound bath to rest your nervous system and create space to rest and embody what you've moved through.
You'll be held with 360° sound for an event-specific electronic soundscape composition together with traditional gong, singing bowls and percussion. Combining to give you a broader range of frequencies that can't be achieved with acoustic instruments alone.
Gently guiding your brain activity to a deep meditative state to take you into parasympathetic nervous system rest, soothe your fight/flight/freeze response, and open into a timeless liminal space.
