What?

A safe and loving space for you to be held and delve deeper into the therapeutic practices of Yoga and Sound Healing.

Where?

Beautiful private venue in North London. (Near Bounds Green/ Alexandra Palace)

Investment?

£85 (plus booking fee) for the retreat with delicious wholesome lunch, snacks and refreshments. All mats and equipment provided.

Main Focus:

Explore and be guided through practices which soothe the nervous system and help to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

You will come away with self-regulation tools and techniques which you can draw upon in everyday life to support both your physical and emotional wellbeing.

What’s on the menu:

· Mindfulness Yoga + Movement - to calm and tune into your body and breath.

· Restorative Yin Yoga, to slowly stretch, unwind and release deeply held tension from the mind and body.

· Coherent Breath Workshop: Practice Breathing techniques for improved Heart Rate Variability which regulates and brings equilibrium to all systems of the body.

· Deep Rest and Release Sound Bath, including bowl-to-body massage: led by special guest facilitator Angela, a gifted Sound Therapist and Composer SOUND MIRROR

· Quiet time for inner reflection and journaling

· Healing Lunch: Nourish your body with delicious and nutritious vegan lunch made by talented Chef

· Breaktime snacks, herbal teas, fresh coffee and drinking water

· Takeaway tools and techniques to continue your self-care journey

· Connect with like-minded individuals and learn valuable techniques to promote relaxation and well-being.

· There is option afterwards to continue with your inner balance journey by exploring an easy to follow 21-day practice, with a guided follow up session on 27th April.
