Community Sound Bath to rest, recharge and let go...
A lunchtime pitstop of calming, therapeutic sounds designed to reduce anxiety and create space to rest
When was the last time you took a lunch break away from screens? Or maybe you’re busy looking after everyone else and need a break for yourself?
Join us for a general wellbeing practise, suitable for adults of all ages.
a traditional relaxation sound bath with gong, quartz and Himalayan singing bowls and percussion for a gentle sound mediation.
you'll be guided through breathwork and visualisation, before settling down for a calming break from your day.
yoga mats and eye pillows are provided, but feel free to bring anything you need to feel comfortable.
no special clothing needed, just anything you feel comfortable to lie down in.
Session info:
Please arrive at 13:20 so you have time to check-in, and get yourself settled. Session runs 13:30-14:30.

Room 2 is on the ground floor, and fully accessible, feel free to contact us if need assistance or have any questions
Please wear clothing you will feel comfortable to lay down in, but nothing special is required, come as you are! Some people find they get cooler as the body relaxes so feel free to bring a layer
You may want socks if you're taking your shoes off to lie down, the room is carpeted
Yoga mats and eye pillows are provided, but feel free to bring anything else you want to feel comfortable (blankets, pillows, bolsters) - just nothing squeaky or rustly that could disturb others
Feel free to bring a bottle of water with you
What will happen at the session:
Everyone will check-in, then get comfortable at their mat and relax
I will speak briefly to introduce the session, focus on breath/mindfulness, then move into sound session for around 40mins before grounding practise to leave you fully awake
During the sound session, you will be invited to relax whilst a series of acoustic instruments will be played including singing bowls, gong, quartz bowls and percussion instruments
